New Album: Have A Heart
In September, The Klittens will self-release their debut album, Have A Heart. The album combines influences from country, pop, and post-punk into ten unique tracks featuring four instruments and five vocals.
Have A Heart explores themes of powerlessness and resistance, addressing personal struggles such as distance from difficult times, the housing crisis, and intimate conflicts. Key tracks include:
- Have A Heart – coping with uncontrollable challenges through creative expression
- Their House – experiences related to eviction and unaffordable housing
- Triple Threat – the tension between surrender and self-defense
- Nothing To Teach – a deadpan critique set to jangly guitars
This album follows the EPs Citrus (2022) and Butter (2024) and continues the band’s extensive touring across Europe and the UK.
