Description
Step inside a working Yorkshire brewery for an evening focused on flavour, craft, and community. Guided by owner and head brewer Tim, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how water, malt, and hops create award-winning ales. This interactive tour encourages questions and hands-on exploration of the brewing process.
Your experience starts in the brewhouse where Tim explains the ingredients and equipment that make each beer unique. You’ll sample three half-pints of fresh draft and bottled beers poured directly from the tanks. After the tour, relax in the Winehouse Café for a tasting session featuring three more half-pints paired with Yorkshire Tapas—local cheeses, cured meats, crackers, olives, and a touch of chocolate.
The formal tour and tasting last approximately 90 minutes. The bar remains open afterwards, allowing you to linger, chat with other beer lovers, and explore more brews at your own pace.
